On March 2, 2024, in Kyiv, in the Na Prioryka library, a painting class was held - a creative gift from the artist to children.
"The youngest participant of the class is six years old, Ukrainian children are incredibly talented," the artist shares her impressions.
The children already know the artist well, in 2022-2023 she often met with them at classes, the little ones like to draw on canvas and improve their skills. In the spring of 2023, Marina Stognieva organized a children's exhibition with the support of the Children's Library. Anyone who attended her classes was able to participate. The event left a pleasant impression on the children and their relatives who came to support the young artists.
"The winter of 2022-23 was very difficult: the lights were often turned off, sometimes classes were canceled due to rocket attacks. I am glad that, despite the difficult situation, I have the opportunity to stay and work in Ukraine, children are our future, to support, interest them and open the door to the world of art is a great honor for me" - says Marina about life during the war.
