"Girl with a Rooster" is the author's work of the Ukrainian artist Marina Stognieva, which is her self-portrait.  The rooster is a symbol of dawn, awakening, the sun, spiritual rebirth.  A wheat field and a cloudless sky are symbols of freedom and peace and serenity.  The painting was done in ethnic style with acrylic on canvas 75*95 cm in February 2022.
